Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and service adjustments are handled by Global Spot Light India.

Please read this policy carefully before subscribing, purchasing or engaging with any of our services.

1. General Cancellation Rules

Our cancellation terms differ depending on the type of service purchased. Users agree to follow the cancellation rules applicable to each service.

  • We accept cancellation requests only for eligible services.
  • Once the editorial/design process has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
  • Refunds (where applicable) follow the refund timeline mentioned below.

Certain digital services are non-refundable due to their nature (see below).

Important Notes

  • Cancellation eligibility depends on service type.
  • Digital services once delivered cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds (where allowed) may take 5–14 working days.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the conditions below:

2.1 Magazine Subscription

  • Refunds are allowed only if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase.
  • No refund for delivered or accessed digital editions.
  • Physical copies already dispatched cannot be refunded.

2.2 Featured Articles / Interviews

  • No refund once editorial work, interviews or content creation has begun.
  • If payment is made by mistake, cancellation must be requested within 12 hours.
  • Refund approval is subject to internal review.

2.3 Advertising / Promotion Packages

  • Refunds allowed only before campaign scheduling.
  • Campaigns already scheduled or executed are non-refundable.
  • Any third-party cost incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

2.4 Digital Services

Digital deliverables such as PDFs, e-magazines, certificates, or promotional content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a service, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Service or subscription details
  • Reason for cancellation

We may take 24–72 hours to review cancellation requests and respond.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your cancellation is approved, refunds (where applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

  • UPI / Wallet: 3–7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–14 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3–10 business days

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Digital products once accessed or delivered
  • Services where work has begun (writing, design, interviews)
  • Advertising slots already reserved or confirmed
  • Subscriptions after 48 hours of payment
  • Promotional packages with discounted pricing

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Any dispute relating to cancellation or refunds should be raised directly with our support team. Initiating false chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal action where applicable.
