In 2026, she received the Special Award for HS Final Examination from the All Assam Students’ Union, adding another milestone to her educational journey.
From Education to Yoga and Holistic Development
For Tarulata Saikia Bhuyan, education is not limited to textbooks and examinations. Over the years, Yoga became an important part of her professional mission.
She is a Yoga Master certified by the Yoga Certification Board of India, an International Yoga Ambassador of the International Yoga Organisation, and has completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training.

Several students have completed these programmes and gained opportunities in government institutions, demonstrating how skill-based education can open new professional pathways.
Her vision does not stop there.
A dedicated Yoga institute is currently under construction, with the aim of developing it over the next 2–3 years into a well-equipped centre for Yoga education, training and research.
This vision reflects her long-term approach: build institutions that can continue creating opportunities even beyond her individual contribution.
